By accessing or using TestingApp IQ, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

TestingApp IQ provides automated quality intelligence services, including:

• QA and visual regression auditing
• Security vulnerability and dependency scanning
• Performance, Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse auditing
• Uptime and synthetic monitoring
• Accessibility (WCAG) auditing
• Compliance mapping (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Reports, alerts and the TESTINGAPP SCORE

Services may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Users agree to:

• Only audit systems they own or have explicit permission to audit
• Maintain account security and protect login credentials
• Review findings before acting on them in production
• Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms
• Not use the platform to attack, overload or harm any system
• Not attempt unauthorized access to other users' workspaces or data

Subscription fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. Plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option you select.

TestingApp IQ uses automated tooling to surface defects, vulnerabilities and regressions. Automated scans may miss issues or report false positives; customers are responsible for validating findings and remediating in their own systems.

All TestingApp IQ software, branding, content, logos, designs, and platform functionality remain the property of TestingApp IQ.

TestingApp IQ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestingApp IQ shall not be liable for damages arising from platform use beyond the amount paid for the subscription.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

Users may discontinue use at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
